Our foam thickness is tightly controlled, with an error margin of less than 0.5 mm. Whether it's a 2 mm thin insole or a 15 mm thick tongue, the dimensions are exact. This ensures no excess or insufficient material during assembly.
Excellent rebound performance-won't collapse after long-term use
Our main concern is foam collapse, as many foams flatten with prolonged use. Our foam undergoes rigorous compression set testing: after 50% compression for 24 hours, the rebound rate remains above 95%. This ensures that insoles and linings maintain their original thickness and elasticity, even after extended wear.
Yellowing resistance-white stays white
We treat our foam to resist yellowing, so white foam maintains its color over time. The foam's fine structure is soft to the touch and not prickly.
