Thickness deviations are controlled within an extremely small range; for example, for a 2mm sheet, the error does not exceed 0.1mm. This allows your factory's die-cutting machines to operate efficiently and prevents waste of upper leather due to inconsistent material thickness.
White and non-yellowing, with international environmental certification
White materials are prone to yellowing, but we specially treat our EVA to resist it, ensuring the white parts of the shoes remain bright and clean over time. More importantly, all our EVA insole products come with RoHS and REACH international certification reports, confirming they contain no harmful substances. This allows you to confidently accept large orders from Europe and America.
