Sterilized fabric is a support material hidden inside the shoe upper. Like a skeleton, it maintains the shape of the toe, heel, and tongue. Our shaping fabric is coated with adhesive and, when hot-pressed, bonds firmly to the upper.

Two types of adhesives to suit different equipment and processes
We produce two types of sterilized fabric:
Hot-melt adhesive: Environmentally friendly and odorless, suitable for factories with hot-press equipment.
Water-based adhesive: Also environmentally friendly, suitable for factories using traditional bonding processes. You can select the type based on your factory's equipment.
Precise bonding temperature ensures strong adhesion
We control the hardness and bonding temperature very precisely. For example, one fabric may be hot-pressed at 120°C for 10 seconds, while another at 150°C for 8 seconds. This ensures that during production, the fabric bonds quickly and securely to the upper, preventing issues such as weak adhesion or delamination.
High peel strength, no bubbling in subsequent processes
Our fabrics undergo rigorous peel-strength testing. Uppers reinforced with our shaping fabric will not delaminate or bubble during processes such as high-temperature toe softening or cold pressing of the heel. One leather shoe client, whose shoes previously bubbled at the toe, saw their yield rate increase from 85% to 98% after switching to our shaped fabric.
Low heat shrinkage, dimensions remain stable
Shaping fabrics are exposed to high temperatures during production. Excessive shrinkage can cause shoes to deform. Our product has minimal heat shrinkage, maintaining its original dimensions after heating. Cut pieces retain their size after lamination, ensuring consistent, straight shoe lasts.
